Stephen Frank is a longtime political consultant and activist. He is also the publisher and editor of the California Political News and Views. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Redlands. He served in Viet Nam, First Infantry Division and along with Bob Dornan developed the POW/MIA bracelet. He worked seven years full time on behalf of prisoners of war and those missing in action.
