Darlene is a second-generation native of Oakland, California. She graduated from Golden Gate University with a degree in Business Administration and Human Relations. Ms. Johnson has served in the Administration of President George W. Bush as Senior Advisor to the Pacific Rim Regional Administrator, U.S. GSA and California Governor Pete Wilson Chief Deputy Director/Planning Officer for the Interagency Support Division. She has lead various non-profits such as “Friends of Faith” Fancher for breast cancer awareness. After years of service in various Boards and Commissions, she is now retired and doing what she loves most as an Independent CAbi Consultant, helping women to feel good about themselves. In 2007 Diablo Magazine named Darlene as one of the Bay Area Women to watch calling her “an East Bay mover and shaker involved in a wide range of business, political, and nonprofit organizations.” Don’t miss this dynamic speaker discuss how she was able to overcome many obstacles.
