Altamont Strategies’ founder, Judy Biviano Lloyd, is an award-winning public servant, business owner and top tier advisor on public policy & political campaigns. Her career started in the halls of Congress in Washington, D.C. and spanned 15 years on both sides of Capitol Hill and two Presidential Administrations. She moved to California with her family in 1998.
